10. How long will Eurovent keep my personal information?
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with Eurovent or Eurovent’s corporate retention schedule.
Deleted accounts are flagged in the database and retained for one year before automatic deletion.
11. Can I find out what personal information Eurovent holds about me?
Under the Data Protection Act, users can request a copy of their personal information and request corrections. We charge £10 for information requests and require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved identification.
